- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Season the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the basket alongside the chicken and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Remove everything from the air fryer and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve immediately with a squeeze of lemon or fresh herbs.
Notes
Make ahead by seasoning chicken and Brussels sprouts a few hours in advance for more flavor. Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
