Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  2. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the Brussels sprouts to the basket alongside the chicken and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove everything from the air fryer and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Make ahead by seasoning chicken and Brussels sprouts a few hours in advance for more flavor. Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
