A cozy and flavorful snack featuring crispy cauliflower florets tossed in spicy buffalo sauce, perfect for gatherings or a weeknight treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a velvety batter.
  3. Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are generously coated.
  4. Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Toss the air-fried cauliflower in buffalo sauce until each piece is glazed.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, lightly spray the battered cauliflower with olive oil before air frying. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
