Description

A cozy breakfast delight featuring creamy avocado, zesty pesto, and perfectly fried eggs on toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (your favorite kind!)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  2. In a small bowl, mash the avocado and mix in salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the pesto evenly over the toasted bread.
  4. Top with the mashed avocado.
  5. In a skillet, heat a little olive oil and fry the eggs to your liking.
  6. Place the fried eggs on top of the avocado.
  7. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired and serve immediately.
