Ingredients

- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup crushed Nilla wafers
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Sprinkles or crushed nuts for decoration
Instructions
- Mix the banana pudding mix with the whipped cream until well combined.
- Add the crushed Nilla wafers, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze for about 1 hour until firm.
- Melt the chocolate chips and stir in the melted butter until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the chocolate mixture and place them back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with decorations of your choice before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until serving.
Notes
These truffles can be made up to two days in advance and stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
