Description

Delightful no-bake truffles inspired by classic banana pudding, perfect for Easter celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup crushed Nilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts for decoration

Instructions

  1. Mix the banana pudding mix with the whipped cream until well combined.
  2. Add the crushed Nilla wafers, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Scoop the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for about 1 hour until firm.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips and stir in the melted butter until smooth.
  7. Dip each truffle into the chocolate mixture and place them back on the baking sheet.
  8. Sprinkle with decorations of your choice before the chocolate sets.
  9. Refrigerate until serving.
