- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita breads or wraps
- Fresh vegetables: lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions
- Tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the beef mixture into patties or loaf shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Slice your fresh vegetables.
- Remove the beef from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the warm beef in pita breads with vegetables and tzatziki sauce.
