Ingredients

- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking into crumbles. Drain excess grease.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled macaroni, cooked ground beef, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
