Description

A refreshing twist on the classic Big Mac, this pasta salad combines savory beef, fresh veggies, and a creamy dressing for a nostalgic treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, breaking into crumbles. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooled macaroni, cooked ground beef, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  6. Chill salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
