Ingredients

  • 34 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup mashed banana (about 2 ripe bananas)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, mashed bananas, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and milk in a large bowl.
  2. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
