- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, letting it shimmer invitingly.
- Add the sliced steak, and season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sauté until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Toss in the sliced bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms into the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese on top. Cover and let sit for a couple of minutes.
- Serve hot, diving into this cheesy goodness, and enjoy your savory, cheesy meal!
