Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank steak), thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, letting it shimmer invitingly.
  2. Add the sliced steak, and season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sauté until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese on top. Cover and let sit for a couple of minutes.
  5. Serve hot, diving into this cheesy goodness, and enjoy your savory, cheesy meal!
