Ingredients

  • 2 cups ready rice

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fragrant, crumbling as it cooks.
  2. Drain any excess fat, leaving just enough for flavor.
  3. Add the beans, corn, taco seasoning, and salsa to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the ready rice to the mix, stirring well until evenly coated.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and cover until melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
