Instructions
- Cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fragrant, crumbling as it cooks.
- Drain any excess fat, leaving just enough for flavor.
- Add the beans, corn, taco seasoning, and salsa to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Add the ready rice to the mix, stirring well until evenly coated.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and cover until melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
