- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup cowboy butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the cowboy butter over medium heat, then add the chicken breasts, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken, let it rest, then slice.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken back to the skillet, drizzling with lemon juice, and toss gently to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
