Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 can Fritos
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, halved cherry tomatoes, Fritos, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
