- 1 pound gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in crumbled feta cheese, cooking until the sauce is heated and slightly thickened.
- Toss the cooked gnocchi in the skillet, coating them in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
