- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Steam or blanch the broccoli until just tender, then drain well.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in your greased baking dish, making sure it’s nice and even.
- Sprinkle the top with additional cheddar and mozzarella for that golden, bubbly finish.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until it’s all hot and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving; this will help all those delicious flavors meld together!
