- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Grease a casserole dish with olive oil.
- Pour the mixture into the greased dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
