- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook them in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic, cooking until the mushrooms are tender and fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, letting it soak in the creamy sauce for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
