Description

Deliciously crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these baked chicken thighs are perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a cozy gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme in a small bowl.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  4. Rub olive oil all over the chicken thighs.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture generously on both sides of the chicken.
  6. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can prep the seasoned chicken the night before for extra flavor. Feel free to experiment with your favorite spices.
