- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil all over the chicken thighs.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture generously on both sides of the chicken.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
