Description

Crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, these Crispy Greek Chicken Tenders are marinated in a zesty yogurt mixture and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Pour breadcrumbs into a shallow dish.
  5. Coat each chicken tender with breadcrumbs and place them on the lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a spicy twist, add cayenne pepper to the marinade. Marinate the chicken overnight for better flavor.
