Crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, these Crispy Greek Chicken Tenders are marinated in a zesty yogurt mixture and baked to perfection.

- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Pour breadcrumbs into a shallow dish.
- Coat each chicken tender with breadcrumbs and place them on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For a spicy twist, add cayenne pepper to the marinade. Marinate the chicken overnight for better flavor.
