- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Place the halved baby potatoes at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Place the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes.
- Mix together the garlic, chicken broth, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl, then pour over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
