Description

A comforting casserole that combines creamy cheddar pierogies and smoky kielbasa in a savory broth, perfect for chilly nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of cheddar pierogies
  • 1 pound of smoky kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 cups of creamy chicken broth
  • 2 cups of shredded melted cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, layer the cheddar pierogies at the bottom.
  2. Top with the sliced smoky kielbasa.
  3. Pour the creamy chicken broth over the top, followed by a sprinkle of melted cheddar cheese.
  4. Cover and set the slow cooker on low for 6 hours.
  5. Once done, serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
