Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- Celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the flour mixture.
- Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and starts to brown.
- Remove from the oven and toss the baked cauliflower with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with fresh celery sticks and ranch dressing, if desired.
Notes
Prepare the cauliflower a day in advance for easy baking later. Adjust spiciness according to preference.
