Description

A cozy and spicy Buffalo cauliflower dish that’s perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • Celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the flour mixture.
  4. Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and starts to brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and toss the baked cauliflower with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  8. Serve with fresh celery sticks and ranch dressing, if desired.

Notes

Prepare the cauliflower a day in advance for easy baking later. Adjust spiciness according to preference.
