A comforting and delicious turkey club sandwich with a creamy sun-dried tomato mayonnaise, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- ½ cup mayonnaise (divided)
- 2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes (drained)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 slices sourdough bread (or your favorite bread)
- 6 slices turkey deli meat
- 6 slices turkey bacon (cooked)
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 4 leaves romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Combine ¼ cup of the mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Toast your sourdough bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
- Spread the remaining ¼ cup of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
- Layer on one slice of bread, 2 slices of turkey deli meat and 2 slices of crispy turkey bacon.
- Add half of your sliced avocado and 2 leaves of romaine lettuce.
- Repeat with another slice of bread, layering with the rest of the ingredients.
- Top with the final slice of bread, mayo side down, and press gently.
- Slice the sandwich in half and secure with toothpicks if desired.
- Serve with your favorite chips or a fresh salad.
Notes
Feel free to customize the toppings or bread type to suit your taste. The sandwich can also be made ahead; just add lettuce before serving.
