Description

These delightful Feta Rolls are enveloped in flaky phyllo dough and filled with a creamy, tangy cheese mixture, drizzled with chili honey for an extra touch of flavor.


Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Cream cheese
  • Chili honey
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crumbled feta cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough, brush it lightly with olive oil, and place another sheet on top.
  4. Cut the phyllo into strips about 2 inches wide.
  5. Place a spoonful of the creamy cheese mixture at one end of each strip.
  6. Gently roll the phyllo over the cheese to form a roll.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
  10. Drizzle with chili honey before serving.

Notes

Make ahead by assembling rolls a day in advance and refrigerating. Swap feta for goat cheese or ricotta if desired.
