Description

A nostalgic, crunchy delight that pairs beautifully with grilled chicken or hearty beef dishes. This quick and easy salad is a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup Fritos corn chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, Fritos, shredded cheese, and green onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
