- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup Fritos corn chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, Fritos, shredded cheese, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
