Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

- Add the chicken to the skillet in a single layer. Sear until golden brown on one side, about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the chicken bites and sear until cooked through, about 4-5 more minutes.
