- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 head of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating with the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a refreshing twist, consider adding lemon juice and zest. You can also create a creamy version with heavy cream or a spicy version with red pepper flakes.
