Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 head of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, coating with the sauce.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  9. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a refreshing twist, consider adding lemon juice and zest. You can also create a creamy version with heavy cream or a spicy version with red pepper flakes.
