- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk.
- Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined, being careful not to overmix for a tender meatloaf.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving for the juiciest results.
