Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk.
  3. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined, being careful not to overmix for a tender meatloaf.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving for the juiciest results.
