Description

A cozy and comforting meal featuring creamy garlic parmesan sauce and tender chicken, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo wild wings sauce
  • 2 cups pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour the buffalo wild wings sauce over the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 240-360 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  6. In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  7. Drain the pasta and combine it with the shredded chicken and sauce in the crockpot.
  8. Stir to combine everything well.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a spicy twist, add crushed red pepper flakes or for a veggie option, toss in sautéed spinach or broccoli.
