Description

Crispy, creamy garlic Parmesan potato wedges that are perfect for a cozy gathering or as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until well coated.
  5. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

You can pre-cut the potatoes up to 24 hours in advance to make prep easier.
