- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until well coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
You can pre-cut the potatoes up to 24 hours in advance to make prep easier.
