Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss the sliced apples with lemon juice, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread this mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Combine gluten-free oats, gluten-free flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and salt in another bowl. Add the cubed butter and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle this mixture generously over the apples.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the topping is golden and the apples are bubbly.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.
