- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup M&Ms
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, oats, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Stir until creamy and well blended.
- Stir in the M&Ms and chocolate chips until evenly mixed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, prepare dough in advance and store it in the fridge. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
