Description

A delightful wrap filled with grilled shrimp, creamy Caesar dressing, and fresh romaine lettuce, all in a golden tortilla.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (shaved)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  2. Grill the shrimp: Preheat your grill (or grill pan) over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the heat and squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp for that extra zing.
  3. Make the Caesar dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Assemble the wraps: Warm the tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds, just until pliable. Spread a generous layer of Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
  5. Layer on ingredients: Top the dressing with grilled shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese, and any optional toppings like turkey bacon and croutons.
  6. Wrap it up: Carefully fold the sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up to secure all those delicious fillings.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, and be prepared to enjoy every bite!

Notes

Make ahead by prepping shrimp and dressing a day prior, assemble just before serving for the freshest taste.
