- 4 Tbsp cream cheese (softened)
- 4 slices thin rectangular ham
- 4 small dill pickles
Instructions
- Spread about 1 Tbsp of softened cream cheese on each slice of ham, ensuring you leave approximately a 1/2″ edge on all sides.
- Place a dill pickle at one end of each ham slice that has been covered with cream cheese.
- Gently roll the ham around the pickle, creating a log shape.
- Once all rolls are formed, slice each ham and pickle roll-up into 1″ pieces.
- Voila! You now have about 24 Ham and Pickle Pinwheels to enjoy.

These roll-ups can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge. Leftovers last for up to 3 days.
