Description

Delightful Ham and Pickle Roll-ups with Cream Cheese are perfect finger foods that bring nostalgia and fun to your gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 slices thin rectangular ham
  • 4 small dill pickles

Instructions

  1. Spread about 1 Tbsp of softened cream cheese on each slice of ham, ensuring you leave approximately a 1/2″ edge on all sides.
  2. Place a dill pickle at one end of each ham slice that has been covered with cream cheese.
  3. Gently roll the ham around the pickle, creating a log shape.
  4. Once all rolls are formed, slice each ham and pickle roll-up into 1″ pieces.
  5. Voila! You now have about 24 Ham and Pickle Pinwheels to enjoy.

Notes

These roll-ups can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge. Leftovers last for up to 3 days.
