Description

A creamy, savory blend of cottage cheese and tender chicken, drizzled with zesty marinara and melted to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese and cooked chicken breast.
  2. Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil if desired, and serve hot.
