Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the unsalted butter, honey, and minced garlic. Stir until melted and well mixed.
- Toss the baby carrots with the melted honey garlic butter mixture until coated.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, shaking the pan halfway through.
