- 4 strips of turkey bacon, diced

Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove it and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pot.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent and aromatic.
- Toss in the diced potatoes and chopped cabbage, stirring to combine.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
- For a creamier texture, mash some of the potatoes in the pot, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, topped with crispy turkey bacon and a sprinkle of chopped green onions.
