- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 pound ground beef
- Lettuce (any variety)
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Chopped onions
- Pickle chips
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, yellow mustard, dill pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until creamy. Set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, removing excess grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, add a generous amount of lettuce.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar, chopped onions, and pickle chips over the lettuce.
- Add the cooked ground beef on top and drizzle with the Big Mac dressing. Toss gently and serve immediately.
Notes
Make the dressing a day ahead for convenience. Leaner options like turkey or chicken can be used instead of beef.
