Description

A healthier, low-carb twist on the classic Big Mac, this Keto Big Mac Salad is creamy, zesty, and perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Lettuce (any variety)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped onions
  • Pickle chips

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, yellow mustard, dill pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until creamy. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, removing excess grease.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add a generous amount of lettuce.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar, chopped onions, and pickle chips over the lettuce.
  5. Add the cooked ground beef on top and drizzle with the Big Mac dressing. Toss gently and serve immediately.

Notes

Make the dressing a day ahead for convenience. Leaner options like turkey or chicken can be used instead of beef.
