- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers (any color, sliced)
- 1 cup zucchini (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and oregano.
- Cook the chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Once hot, place the chicken breasts in the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are beautifully golden brown.
