Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and poppy seeds.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture gradually until combined.
  6. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
