Description

Delicious stuffed mini bell peppers filled with savory ground beef and topped with melted cheddar cheese, perfect for a cozy low-carb meal.


Ingredients

  • 1215 mini bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
  5. Stuff the halved peppers with the beef mixture.
  6. Top each pepper with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
