- 12–15 mini bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
- Stuff the halved peppers with the beef mixture.
- Top each pepper with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
