Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Place the chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle optional toppings.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
