- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
- In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle optional toppings.
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
