Description

A warm, creamy, and comforting one-pan dish filled with shredded chicken, green chili sauce, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup green chili sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, green chili sauce, sour cream, diced onions, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are mixed well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking pan.
  4. Top generously with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve warm.
