- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup green chili sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, green chili sauce, sour cream, diced onions, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are mixed well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking pan.
- Top generously with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve warm.
Notes
This dish can be prepared a day in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
