Description

A delightful twist on a classic, this Parmesan Chicken features a crispy and cheesy crust with the tangy zing of dill pickle ranch dressing, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle ranch dressing
  • 1 cup parmesan breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray (for air frying or oven baking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with the dill pickle ranch dressing.
  4. Press the parmesan breadcrumbs firmly onto the chicken breasts.
  5. If using an air fryer, spray the basket with cooking spray and add the chicken. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway. If using the oven, place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
