- 1/2 cup dill pickle ranch dressing
- 1 cup parmesan breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray (for air frying or oven baking)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast with the dill pickle ranch dressing.
- Press the parmesan breadcrumbs firmly onto the chicken breasts.
- If using an air fryer, spray the basket with cooking spray and add the chicken. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway. If using the oven, place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
