Description

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup asparagus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, and asparagus, and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
