Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak, seasoning it generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear the beef until it’s browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Toss in the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir-fry until the veggies are tender.
  4. Lower the heat, and sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the top. Cover the skillet and let it melt.
