- 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak, seasoning it generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear the beef until it’s browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Toss in the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Stir-fry until the veggies are tender.
- Lower the heat, and sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the top. Cover the skillet and let it melt.
