Description

A refreshing summer salad featuring juicy pineapple, crisp cucumbers, and a zesty lime dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pineapple, diced
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple and chopped cucumbers.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
