A quick and easy taco salad featuring Doritos, seasoned ground beef or turkey, and fresh veggies, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 bag of Doritos
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 head of lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or taco dressing
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Once the meat is browned, add in the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, sliced black olives, and corn.
- Add the cooked meat to the vegetable mixture. Stir it all gently.
- Just before serving, crush the Doritos into smaller pieces and fold them into the salad.
- Drizzle your preferred dressing on top and serve immediately.
Notes
Make-ahead by cooking the meat and preparing the veggie mix a day in advance. Store everything separately in the fridge.
