Ingredients

  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning across the chicken thighs.
  2. Cook the chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
  3. Prepare the garlic butter by adding butter and minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Sauté the green beans in the garlic butter until tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Combine the chicken thighs with the green beans, allowing them to soak up the garlic butter. Serve warm.
