Description

Rich and buttery Twix Cookies layered with caramel and chocolate, perfect for any sweet occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the creamed mixture until just blended.
  5. Scoop the dough onto ungreased baking sheets and flatten them slightly.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before drizzling with caramel and sprinkling melted chocolate on top.
