Description

A cozy and flavorful blend of Mediterranean-inspired tzatziki sauce and classic pizza, topped with fresh veggies and tender chicken.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Fresh dill, for garnish
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Spread the tzatziki sauce evenly over the crust.
  4. Top with the shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add the sliced red onion and halved cherry tomatoes on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and crown with sliced cucumber, fresh dill, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Prepare the tzatziki sauce a day in advance for better flavor blending. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
