A cozy and flavorful blend of Mediterranean-inspired tzatziki sauce and classic pizza, topped with fresh veggies and tender chicken.

- 1 pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
- Fresh dill, for garnish
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the tzatziki sauce evenly over the crust.
- Top with the shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
- Add the sliced red onion and halved cherry tomatoes on top.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and crown with sliced cucumber, fresh dill, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Prepare the tzatziki sauce a day in advance for better flavor blending. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
