- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup raisins (or other mix-ins of your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add the rolled oats and stir until well combined.
- Mix in the raisins or your chosen mix-ins.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for about 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
