Description

These ultimate soft and chewy oatmeal cookies are easy to make with just four ingredients and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup raisins (or other mix-ins of your choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the rolled oats and stir until well combined.
  4. Mix in the raisins or your chosen mix-ins.
  5. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  6. Bake for about 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
